Steven Cerio is a visual artist who is best known for his work with The Residents. He has led his own psychedelic rock groups Lettuce Little and Atlantic Drone since the 1990s. He was the drummer for Railroad Jerk, Dee Dee Ramone's Sprocket and Drunktank.
